for subscriptions and direct marketing. We use our full potential to win over new customers and sell more subscriptions and products. Our working method and our systems are characterized by the different requirements of our publishing clients with a wide range of titles of most different characteristics. We are in charge of more than 4.5 million subscriptions. This enables us to offer much more service and support in many fields than actually demanded.
We deliver integrated
customer-relationship-management-systems (CRM), either as a complete package or as individual elements. Our service and our marketing are adjusted to the individual needs of our publishing clients. We implement the targets for the product and the policy of our business partners according to economic principles and in their interests. There is a personal central contact for each client (key account manager). The employees of our publishing clients are connected to our systems from their work places and have thus online- access to the statistics at any time.

customer service has a very high quality standard which is accounted for with an extensive reporting. Our customer service has already been awarded twice for its special service (European Call Center Award 2004 and the first place in a cross-national benchmark survey of the University of Munich 2003).
