Japan: Yohan, Inc. has declared bankruptcy

Last week we were informed by an employee of Yohan Inc. that the Tokyo District Court has opened the bankruptcy proceedings against Yohan Inc. on 31 July 2008 and that the complete staff was released.

Just before this DPV Worldwide had stopped the deliveries to Yohan due to a sustainable delay of payment.

DPV Worldwide will now enter into negotiations with other Japanese distributors in order to continue the deliveries to this important market.
