Austria: Tobacconists‘ list of claims

In March (DPV Worldwide Aktuell 2/2008) we already informed about the claim of the tobacconists for an extension of their disposition right. In the meantime there have been discussions between the newspaper commission of the tobacconists‘ federal association and the wholesale trade and a list of claims has been presented to the wholesale trade.
