Czech Republic | VAT-Change

From 1 January 2010 the VAT-rate will be increased by 1%. The reduced rate will be raised from currently 9% to 10% and the regular rate from 19% to 20%. Our importer CZ Press informed us that for a start this increase is only planned for the year 2010. Most probably, however, this increase will be valid beyond 2010.
